Dr. Maximo Fernandez earned his medical degree from the Central University of Venezuela, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine. After relocating to the United States, he continued his medical training at Yale University, where he completed additional training in Internal Medicine and a Cardiology Fellowship with a focus on non-invasive cardiac imaging and cardiac CT angiography at the Princeton Longevity Center.
In addition to his expertise in cardiology, Dr. Fernandez has several years of experience treating venous insufficiency and other vascular conditions.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Fernandez is dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care to a diverse patient population. His practice philosophy is rooted in ethics, respect, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Bryan is a committed Physician Assistant who earned his Master’s degree from Barry University in 2023 and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
